What to Expect at a Consultation

The consultations are professional, confidential, non judgemental and relaxed sessions.​

I will primarily use Bach flower remedies however as the consultations develop I may offer additional homeopathy or oligotherapy support.

 

The first/initial consultation will last approximately 90 minutes where I will take some personal details and briefly explain how the Bach system and its gentle healing process can work, we will then discuss your current situation and any emotional issues you would like help with eg anxiety, depression, fears, grief etc. 

​Brief notes will be taken but I will mainly listen to your situation and the accompanying feelings and moods. 

There will always be time for you to ask any questions.

We will then look at the remedies and work together to choose and make you a personal treatment bottle to take away.

 

I recommend at least two follow up consultations, that will each last approximately 45-60 minutes starting approximately three - four weeks after the initial consultation. These will allow you to discuss any changes and look at any new feelings that may subsequently arise and need support. Each consultation allows the body time to heal and for issues to be addressed gently  - layer by layer.

 

Dr Edward Bach was passionate for all practitioners to promote the simplicity of his remedies, and how they can be used as a self help system of healing that can be accessible to all. 

Therefore during each consultation as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner  (BRFP) I will always explain why each of the remedies suggested have been chosen and how they can both individually and together support your moods, feelings and emotions. I will always work with you in choosing the remedies.

​Consultations can be held:

• In my consultation room based at my house (between Bristol and Bath uk)

• In some instances in your own home (if local and you have a quiet private room we can use)

• Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp video calls.
